The new Hayabusa receives massive upgrades for 2021 compared to earlier generations. In terms of styling, Suzuki has also cleverly retained the design silhouette of the previous generation Hayabusa while offering the new-gen model a more aggressive appeal. It also gets full-LED lighting for the headlamp, turn signals, and the tail lamp that lend it a fresher appeal.

2021 Suzuki Hayabusa Features

Suzuki has given the 2021 Hayabusa a host of new features. The bike now gets LED lights, a new TFT inlay in the instrument console that displays the different electronic settings. For the first time, the Hayabusa receives a comprehensive electronics suite, which includes 10-level traction control, 10-level wheelie control; three levels of the engine brake control and launch control, and the new Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS). The SDMS comprises three presets and three user-defined modes. The new Hayabusa even gets a quick-shifter and hill assist control.

2021 Suzuki Hayabusa Engine

The 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa is powered by the same 1340cc, in-line four-cylinder engine as the older model; however, it is now BS6 compliant. It produces 190PS at 9,700rpm and 150Nm at 7,000rpm which is 7PS and 5Nm less than that of its predecessor.

The previous model’s breaking wasn’t effective and hence the 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa gets bigger, 320mm discs paired with top-of-the-line Brembo Style calipers upfront and Nissin calipers at the rear. Suspension duties are carried out by fully adjustable 43mm KYB forks, offering 120mm travel and KYB mono-shock. Suzuki claims the suspension has received updated components for better stability.

Kawasaki Ninja H2R is a flagship offering from the brand which was unveiled at EICMA Motorcycle show in 2015. The bike is not legal to drive on the roads being a track-only model, which can specifically give you an insight into its intense power and superior performance. With a claimed top speed 400 kmph, the Kawasaki Ninja H2R has no competition till date.

Kawasaki Ninja H2R Engine:

The Kawasaki Ninja H2R, the track-only bike is powered by 998cc 4-cylinder supercharged engine which is capable of churning a maximum power of 310 PS @ 14,000 rpm and an utmost torque of 165 Nm @ 12,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The wheelbase of 1450mm and ground clearance of 130mm is perfect to handle the bike well on the sharp corners at the track while maintaining the utmost balance and throttle control.

Kawasaki Ninja H2R Suspension & Bakes:

The semi-digital instrument console with every technology inbuilt, the bike is something every racer dreams of having. It comes with a custom exhaust and weighs only 216 kgs. The suspension duties are handled by 43mm inverted fork with rebound and compression damping, spring preload adjustability and top-out springs at the front while the rear wheel gets a new Uni-Trak with gas-charged shock, piggyback reservoir, dual-range (high/low-speed) compression damping, rebound damping and preload adjustability, and top-out spring.

The Kawasaki Ninja H2R gets a dual semi-floating 330mm discs with a dual radial-mount, opposed 4-piston calliper and a single 250mm disc with an opposed 2-piston calliper. The ABS is standard for the track-only bike making it easy for the rider to handle the bike at the time of braking without getting it locked up and lose the balance. With a RAM air Assist, the bike claims a maximum power of 326 PS making it one of the fastest superbikes out there made for the track.
