1. Kawasaki W175
The Kawasaki W175 has been spotted testing in India for the first time. It is evident from the test mule that the India-spec model will feature a fuel-injection system. The international-spec carburetted 177cc air-cooled motor produces 13PS at 7,500rpm and 13.2Nm at 6,000rpm. The fuel-injection system should improve the throttle response, and this coupled with the engine’s counterbalance and 5-speed transmission should ensure a good riding experience.
The test mule also sports a single-channel ABS linked to the 220mm disc up front. It gets a drum brake at the rear. The motorcycle is suspended on a telescopic front fork and a pair of preload-adjustable rear shock absorbers. To keep costs in check, the test mule rolls on Ceat tyres on both ends.
The India-spec Kawasaki W175 is likely to weigh a few kilos more than the 126kg Indonesian model, thanks to the inclusion of ABS and fuel injection. Even then, it will be the lightest bike in the retro segment. This, along with the 780mm seat height, should make it easy to handle, especially for shorter riders

2. Kawasaki Ninja 400
The Kawasaki Ninja 400 is the manufacturer’s small-capacity supersport motorcycle. It continues to get a KRT edition, although the graphics have been redesigned for a fresher appeal. The lime green and black color now get honeycomb graphics on the side fairing and hints of red on the front fairing and underbelly, similar to the Ninja ZX-10R. The Ninja 400 also gets a black and grey paint scheme with yellow ochre graphics. Furthermore, the 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 is also available in a black and white paint scheme with grey and red highlights. However, it is unlikely that this paint scheme will be available in India.
Besides the new color options, the Kawasaki Ninja 400 unchanged. It uses a 398cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 47.5bhp of power and 38Nm of torque. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. Suspension duties are taken care of by telescopic forks upfront and a mono-shock at the rear. Meanwhile, braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends along with a dual-channel ABS.

3. Kawasaki Z400
the Ninja 400 we found that “the Z400 isn’t necessarily a more sporty feeling, but it does have a more natural bend, that’s as well suited to city riding as it is hunting apexes around curves.”
On the in-house dyno, the small bike produced 44.1 hp at 9,830 rpm and 25.1 pound-feet of torque at 8,250 rpm. In testing: “What’s great about the Z400′s engine is that you can hammer through the gears and get an undiluted sensory experience without putting your license at risk or thoroughly scaring yourself. Throttle response is abrupt for a beginner bike, but, honestly, it gives it a raw edginess that reminds you you’re not just riding a beginner bike; you’re riding a Kawasaki—makers of gonzo performance machines like the Ninja H2R and ZX-10R.” bike competition?
