1. Triumph Scrambler 1200
The 2021 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC and XE variants have been unveiled. In addition to these two bikes, Triumph has also introduced a new Scrambler 1200 Steve McQueen Edition.
The biggest changes to the 2021 Scrambler 1200 are to the engine and exhaust system to make the motorcycle Euro 5/BS6 compliant. Even with the changes, the Triumph Scrambler 1200’s 1197cc, parallel-twin engine continues to offer 90bhp and 110Nm. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with slipper clutch.
Besides the now cleaner engine, the 2021 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC and XE remain the same as before. While the XE gets fully-adjustable 47mm forks with 9.8 inches of travel, the XC comes with 45mm forks that offer 7.9 inches of travel. Both are Showa units. At the rear, the Scrambler 1200s offer Ohlin’s shocks with similar travel as the front end.
The feature list is also similar however; the TFT display can now be personalized to show the rider’s name during the start-up sequence. The Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC is offered in Jet Black and Matt Black as well as Khaki Green with Brooklands Green while the Scrambler 1200 XE gets Fusion White with Brooklands Green along with Cobalt Blue and Jet Black.

2. Triumph Street Scrambler 900
The new Street Scrambler is the sixth model in the Modern Classics family for India after the Street Twin, Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120, Thruxton R, and Bonneville Bobber. The new motorcycle is based on the Triumph Street Twin but gets custom-made parts to do suit its purpose.
The 2021 model retains the 900cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled setup. The Euro5/BS6-compliant engine produces 64.1bhp of maximum power at 7,250rpm and 80Nm of peak torque at 3,250rpm. The motor is linked to a five-speed transmission.
While the mechanical specifications have received revision, the styling remains similar to its predecessor. The 2021 Street Scrambler continues to pack design features such as a round headlight, a semi-digital instrument cluster, tall-set exhaust, split-style seats, wire-spoke wheels, and fork gaiters. The limited-edition Sandstorm variant benefits from features such as a brushed alloy sump guard, a high front mudguard, and a new headlight bezel with a black grille.
The suspension setup on the 2021 model includes 41mm telescopic front forks and twin-sided rear springs. The anchoring tasks are handled by a single 310mm disc at the front and a 255mm rotor at the rear. The safety net includes dual-channel ABS.

3. Triumph Bonneville Bobber
Bonneville Bobber Specifications
The Bobber uses the same 1200cc parallel-twin High Torque motor (mated to a 6-speed transmission) that belts out 78PS at 6100rpm and 106Nm at 4000rpm. That said, Triumph has smoothened out the torque curve on the 2021 Bobber with over 100Nm now available between 3000rpm and 5000rpm.
On the hardware front, the 2021 Bobber features a new 47mm Showa cartridge fork and a chunky 16-inch front wheel coupled with dual twin-pot Brembo floating calliper up front. The traditional double-cradle frame with its swing-cage rear suspension sees no change.
The bike still retains that faux hard tail look with the monoshock neatly tucked below the seat. Other updates include a larger 12-litre fuel tank better suited for long-distance runs.
Triumph Bonneville Bobber Features
The Bobber features the old-school hard tail look with bobbed fenders and a floating single-piece seat suspended on a cantilever spring system, which can be moved forward or backwards to suit the rider’s height. It retains its stainless steel slash-cut exhausts. A dash of modern appeal comes with full-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster, ride-by-wire, and two riding modes. Besides, cruise control also comes standard. It now comes in three new shades: Matte Storm Grey/Matte Ironstone, Cordovan Red, and Jet Black
Bonneville Bobber Design
Triumph has retained the quintessential bobber look for the 2021 model. Elements like the slash-cut exhausts and floating pan solo seat lend the bike its distinctive style. The seat can be moved forwards or backwards to suit the rider’s height. When paired with the aftermarket footpegs from Triumph, it alters the rider triangle to suit one’s preferences.
